In this pivotal role, you’ll be the go-to technical expert, ensuring our products meet industry standards while delivering exceptional value to customers. You’ll lead product development, champion sustainable solutions, and collaborate with key stakeholders to create innovative pavement options that reduce carbon footprint and maximize performance.
What You’ll Do- Drive technical compliance and innovation across our pavement solutions portfolio.
- Lead the development and rollout of new products and specifications nationally.
- Provide expert advice to clients and resolve technical challenges swiftly.
- Promote sustainable aggregates and low‑carbon solutions to enhance Tarmac’s competitive edge.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and commercial teams to deliver business growth.
- Degree‑level qualification (or equivalent) and experience in the construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of Design Manual for Roads & Bridges, Specification for Highway Works, and sustainable pavement technologies.
- Expertise in hydraulically bound and recycled products, foamed bitumen, and NEC contracts.
- Ability to build strong relationships with contractors, designers, and clients.
- A proactive, adaptable professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
