A growing construction business in Swansea is looking to recruit an experienced Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is a hands‑on role with strong ownership of month‑end reporting, forecasting, and financial control, offering real visibility and influence across the business.

You will be responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and decision‑useful financial information to support operational performance, cash‑flow management, and strategic decision‑making.

This role will suit someone who enjoys ownership, improving processes, and working closely with operational and commercial teams.

• Monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash)
• Forecasting and variance analysis
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Cost reporting and margin analysis
• Working closely with operational teams
• Using Xero (or similar accounting systems)

• Proven Management Accountant experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Month‑end ownership experience
• Xero or similar system experience
• Construction / project‑based background preferred
