Job Responsibilities

• Assist in reducing complaints and tribunals related to SEND.

• Provide expert support to manage and clear the backlog of cases.

• Work on-site one day per week.

Person Specifications
Must Have:

• Proven experience in handling SEND complaints and tribunal processes.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in interim roles providing short-term support.
