This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Spa Therapist at Lochgreen House Hotel & Spa in Troon working 32 to 40 hours a week. The Spa Therapist will be responsible for delivering a wide range of professional spa treatments, including facials, pedicures, and other beauty therapies. Daily tasks include maintaining exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a peaceful spa environment.

The role also requires promoting the spa’s products and services while adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and comfort.

• Expertise in Spa Treatments, including facials and relaxing therapies
• Strong focus on Customer Service to ensure client comfort and satisfaction
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients
• Formal certification or qualifications in beauty therapy
• Previous experience in a professional spa environment is beneficial
