Facilities Assistant, 25 Hours Post Based at Lawson Memorial Hospital Golspie

We are currently seeking to recruit Facilities Assistants to join our team in Lawson Memorial Hospital. This post will be based in Lawson Memorial.

The successful candidate’s role shall be to provide services to the Catering, Laundry and Domestic services, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness are maintained in line with local infection control policies, Covid‑19 guidance and NHS Scotland National Cleaning Services Specification, as well as Waste Regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Meeting specified cleaning schedules and promoting high standards of cleanliness within the environment.
• Performing Catering duties such as regeneration of meals and preparation of salads, sandwiches, and snacks.
• Providing Laundry services to the standard of NHS Scotland National Cleaning Services Specifications.
• Working part‑time Monday‑Friday with the possibility of covering weekends, and completing a full comprehensive induction and training package.

Rate of pay from £13.31 per hour with an attractive weekend working rate.
