Location: Cartref Care Home - Brecon Rd, Hay-on-Wye, Hereford HR3 5PJ

Salary: £12.82 per hour

Hours: Bank 0 Hour contract

Shift Times: As/When needed in service

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
• Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
