As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in our close‑knit care team, ensuring our residents receive exceptional care and support. You’ll help them with their daily routines, promote independence, and ensure their overall health and happiness are prioritised every day.

• £12.70 per hour

• Empower Independence: Assist residents with daily routines, from dressing to staying active, encouraging independence.
• Personalised Care: Follow and support each resident’s care plan, providing hands‑on help tailored to their needs.
• Health and Wellbeing: Monitor residents’ health, communicate concerns to the Nurse or Clinical Deputy Manager, and assist with calls to relatives or healthcare professionals.
• Champion Dignity: Uphold dignity and respect for each resident, ensuring they feel valued.
• Social Support: Encourage social interactions among residents and with staff to create a warm environment.
• Safety and Comfort: Work with housekeeping to maintain clean, safe spaces, and respond quickly to emergencies.
• Nutritional Support: Help residents who need extra assistance with eating and drinking.
• Spread Smiles: Bring joy to residents’ lives and make them smile every day.

• Qualifications:
  
  SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (preferred).
• Experience:
  
  At least 6 months as a Care Assistant, but passion and transferable skills welcome.
• Passion:
  Genuine interest in caring for the elderly and commitment to excellent service.
