Your new opportunity

Homelife Ayr specialises in providing day-to-day support to over 25 individuals across South Ayrshire living with physical/learning disabilities. We provide a person-centred service and ensure our support is tailored to suit each person’s needs and help them achieve their goals.

Our support includes:

* Daily living support

* Housing support

* Support to access local community

* Vocational support within educational settings

* Planning, reporting and reviewing of care plans

We are seeking dedicated Support staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have compassion for working with adults with a physical or learning disability to provide them with the care and support they need to thrive. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting individuals with various activities of daily living, providing emotional support, and always ensuring their safety and well-being.
