Role Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on health and safety practices, ensuring a high level of awareness and compliance.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, producing detailed reports and recommendations to prevent future occurrences.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure the organisation remains compliant with all relevant health and safety legislation.
Skills and Experience
Required:
- Proven experience as a Health and Safety Manager within the engineering sector.

- Relevant qualifications such as NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
