• To be considered for the Senior Care Assistant role, you will need to have previous experience in a care setting, as well as a good understanding of the principles of person-centered care. A relevant care qualification, such as an NVQ or diploma in Health and Social Care, would be advantageous. Strong communication skills, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with the elderly are also essential.
