A local council's direct support team in Wales is seeking a committed Personal Assistant to support a 17-year-old in gaining independence and engaging in community activities. The ideal candidate will work flexibly, assist with personal care, and drive the young person to various activities. Must have experience working with young adults with disabilities, a full driving license, and be DBS checked.
This role is vital for improving the young person's social skills and confidence.
