A highly regarded nursing home in the Liverpool area is seeking an experienced and inspirational Nursing Home Manager to lead an established team and continue delivering outstanding, person-centred care. About the Nursing Home Manager role and what's on offer:

• Permanent, full-time contract

What we're looking for in a Nursing Home Manager:

• Proven experience as a Home Manager within a regulated nursing care setting
• NMC Registered Nurse (essential)
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and quality governance
• A track record of achieving and maintaining high inspection outcomes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills
• Commercially astute, with experience managing budgets, audits, and performance
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, personalised care
• Confident, compassionate, and proactive in leading a high-performing team
