Recruitment Resourcer - Your First Step into Recruitment!

Hours:

8am-5pm
Salary:
Temp-Perm position starting with £12.21 p/h
Full, clean driving licence required

We're looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our Nottingham branch as a Recruitment Resourcer. If you're looking to take your first step into recruitment while building strong admin and coordination skills, this could be the perfect role for you!

What the Role Involves:

Supporting recruitment consultants with candidate sourcing and admin
Writing and posting job adverts
Screening and speaking to potential candidates
Booking interviews and updating records
Assisting with onboarding and compliance checks
Managing PPE stock and preparing starter packs
Delivering PPE to site when required
Maintaining a positive relationship with workers and site teams

What We're Looking For:

Strong admin and organisation skills
Confident communicator - both written and verbal
Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in admin, customer service, or coordination is a plus
Full, clean UK driving licence is essential
