?? What Youll Be Doing As a 360 Consultant, youll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including:
Developing new business and nurturing existing client relationships Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates Managing bookings and filling vacancies efficiently Providing outstanding service to both clients and candidates Working closely with the branch team to hit objectives and exceed targets This is a rewarding, hands-on role where no two days are the same. ??

What Were Looking For Previous recruitment experience (preferred but not essential if youve got the drive!) Excellent communication and people skills A proactive mindset and strong work ethic Ability to multitask and manage your own workload Confidence in building strong client relationships ?
