We are looking for an energetic and dynamic person to join the E&B Systems Team. This is a permanent role within our development team, focused on supporting and delivering technical digital solutions to address business problems and support major digital transformation. The role will focus on how digital tools can help regulatory work and how to build, support and develop solutions for staff in their front‑line work.

• Manage themselves, exercise flexibility and work across dispersed project groups.
• Lead technical development activities in digital product development and configuration services.
• Support Environment Agency operations staff with business systems and technologies.
• Collaborate with regulatory services to deliver integrated outcomes and connect the business to IT.
• Build partnerships with staff, understand and translate business problems into innovative solutions.

• Experience in digital product management or the environment sector with tools such as Power Platform, SharePoint, DCP, Canvas Apps, Microsoft Access and application configuration.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to communicate to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Capability to develop and sustain customer relationships and deliver solutions in complex environments.
• Experience collaborating with customers to address their needs and drive continuous improvement.
