The team is hiring Desktop Support Engineers (Windows) to provide hands‑on technical support, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure seamless user experiences. The role will focus on maintaining Windows‑based systems, resolving escalated issues, and collaborating with teams to deliver efficient and effective IT support.

• Supporting private clients with desktop and remote troubleshooting
• Working with Windows environments, Office 365, and local Active Directory
• Supporting and configuring Azure cloud environments
• Providing remote support from the data centre office
• Working shifts between 8 am – 6 pm (rotating: 8–4, 9–5, 10–6; trial of 12–8 possible)

• Experience in a Windows/Desktop/Cloud support role
• Windows Environments
• Microsoft Office 365
• Local Active Directory
• Azure Environments
• Certifications are highly important, ideally including:
• MCP / MCSE / MD-101 / MS-102
• CompTIA Network+
• CCNA

• Certification‑linked pay rises – typically +£3,000 per certification
