Responsibilities- Supporting Home managers with audio typing confidential notes.
- Aiding recruitment team with scribing during interviews.
- Assisting with managing the onboarding process for new staff, ensuring all documentation, checks, and training are completed in line with safeguarding requirements.
- Supporting with recruitment administration, including preparing offer letters, and maintaining candidate records.
- Acting as a point of contact for staff queries related to onboarding and general administrative support.
- Confident working independently, with strong communication and organisational skills.
- Confident audio & touch typing.
- Keen eye for detail and ability to meet tight deadlines, working calmly under pressure with a flexible working attitude.
- Organised with the ability to manage numerous tasks and deadlines.
- Adaptable to change direction, be creative and focused while retaining an organised and structured approach.
- Experience or interest in HR administration and onboarding processes is desirable.
- Private use of our company holiday home on the south coast (when not in use for our children).
