Position: Conveyancing Paralegal (Permanent)
Location: Central Parade

Role | Residential Conveyancing Paralegal
Experience | 12 months+ previous experience in a similar role
Based | Walthamstow
Offer | £26,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join a fantastic firm based in Walthamstow.

This role is pivotal in supporting our fee earners and ensuring the efficient progression of residential property transactions, all while maintaining our commitment to outstanding client care and best practice.

Typical duties would include:

* Assisting on varied residential property transactions.

* Preparing all necessary correspondence and documents.

* Facilitating contract exchanges and related financial tasks.

* Acting as a primary client and third-party contact.

* Adhering to internal procedures and Conveyancing Quality Standards (CQS).

The successful candidate:

* Has 12+ months' conveyancing experience assisting fee earners.

* Proficient in MS Office; case management system experience desirable.

* Possesses excellent organisation, attention to detail, and prioritisation skills.

* Is a strong team player who can also work independently.

* Exhibits exceptional communication and client care skills.
