We've got an excellent role for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our client on a high end commercial site based in Liverpool Street! This is a standout role if you're looking to gain charge over a small team of M&E engineers, expand your management skills and to join a well-renowned building service provider.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, trouble shoot / fault find, oversee a team of M&E engineers, allocate works, oversee RAMs, Permits and MOs for your team and subcontractors and report into the Contract Manager.

Maintenance Supervisor Duties:

• Managing planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Maintaining electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, fire alarms, emergency lighting, and BMS operation.
• Ensuring all corrective/repair works meet safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
• Completing reports, logbooks, RAMS, and permits to work.
• Liaising with tenants and client representatives regarding maintenance issues.
• Supporting the wider building services team as required.

Maintenance Supervisor Requirements:

• City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience in building services maintenance.
• Experience supervising and leading a small engineering team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise maintenance tasks.

Salary and Package:

• £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
• Monday - Friday, 8 - 5
• 25 days annual leave + Bank holidays
