We are seeking an experienced Line Marker to support the maintenance and preparation of sports fields and pitches for our 300+ customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports field marking, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering the highest quality surfaces.
Responsibilities- Utilise advanced marking techniques and equipment to accurately and neatly mark a broad range of sports fields including football, rugby, and athletics tracks.
- Ensure all field markings comply with regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Maintain proper field dimensions for each sport and age group.
- Inspect field surfaces to ensure they are safe, level and free from hazards.
- Report any damage or imperfections in the field surface to the Management Team.
- Operate and maintain field marking equipment such as line stripers, sprayers, and stencils.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance to keep tools in proper working condition.
- Manage inventory of field marking paints, stencils and other materials.
- Adhere to safety protocols and stay up to date with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with grounds maintenance teams to schedule and coordinate field maintenance activities.
- Communicate professionally with customer stakeholders to understand specific field marking requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of field marking activities, including dates, materials used and conditions using Fairways digital processes.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
- Must be able to undertake a full DBS check.
- Willing to undertake relevant training to ensure duties are carried out effectively.
- Fit and active with a large amount of walking required.
- Staff uniform.

- 28 holidays per year (including bank holidays).
