• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure it is safe and well maintained.
• Use cleaning equipment, chemicals and follow Health and Safety requirements.
• Work within a team and take initiative to deliver high quality cleaning.
• Build positive relationships with customers and deliver excellent customer service.

• Basic English communication and reading skills.
• Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
• Flexible, open, honest, self‑driven and determined.
• Reliable, hardworking with a professional attitude.
