Location
- Leeds (Yorkshire travel)

Salary- 55,000- 60,000

Are you a contracts manager with a track record of delivering planned social housing projects?

Are you looking to be involved in an exciting long term project and have a real impact in shaping a new regional team?

We are working with an established housing partnership that have live and upcoming projects across West and South Yorkshire.

They are looking for a contracts manager to work closely with the operational team to deliver these projects to the highest quality, cementing their growing regional reputation

As contracts manager, you will;

• Oversee multiple planned works projects including kitchens, bathrooms, windows and retrofit
• Build and maintain positive client relationships, being regularly present on site
• Manage KPI's and performance of labour and subcontractors
• Support the operations manager with progress reports, RAMS, and commercial performance

As contracts manager, it is required that you;

• Can demonstrate the ability to deliver planned social housing contracts of varying scope
• Have excellent client communication and can effectively build strong relationships
• Have up to date knowledge of health and safety/compliance regulations
• Full clean UK licence
