Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the extension of a large warehouse facility. This is a significant infrastructure project within a leading engineering and manufacturing environment, offering long-term stability and the chance to deliver a high-profile build.

• Lead and manage the delivery of a warehouse extension project from start to finish.

• Coordinate site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.

• Oversee contractors and subcontractors, maintaining strong communication and accountability.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

• Report progress and manage risks effectively throughout the contract period.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in fit-out or M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) projects.

• Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex site operations.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
