Job Opportunity: Project Manager / Senior Site Manager

Project: 66-Unit Traditionally Built Residential Development
Rate: 325 - 350 per day
Start: January 2026

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a new-build residential scheme consisting of 66 traditionally constructed houses in Milton Keynes. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving the project from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring quality, safety, programme, and budget targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring works progress to programme.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
• Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Deliver homes to exceptional quality standards, aligned with NHBC and company expectations.
• Oversee short- and long-term planning, sequencing, and logistics.
• Manage site reporting, including progress updates, risk management, and cost control.
• Foster strong relationships with design teams, local authorities, and stakeholders.
• Ensure excellent customer care and smooth delivery through to completion and handover.

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Senior Site Manager, or similar, overseeing multi-unit residential schemes (traditional build).
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive teams to achieve high-quality results.
• Solid understanding of construction processes, regulations, and compliance.
• CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid qualifications (essential).
• Excellent organisational skills with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
