Youll guide governance, drive best practice, manage key stakeholders, and ensure schemes run smoothly, efficiently and compliantly. This is a role for someone who enjoys owning the room comfortable advising senior leaders, confident navigating complex regulatory landscapes, and ready to lead teams to deliver exceptional standards. What youll do Lead the delivery of services and strategic projects across multiple pension schemes.

Act as the day-to-day lead for trustee boards: governance, planning, risk management, reporting and more. Drive high-quality scheme management with a focus on efficiency, compliance and best practice. Manage and inspire a team, supporting their growth and performance. Oversee external advisers and suppliers, ensuring the right advice is delivered at the right time. Shape and deliver training, insight sessions and industry knowledge.

Build strong relationships, spotting opportunities to add value and support future business growth. What youll bring Extensive experience delivering services to occupational pension schemes. Strong technical pensions expertise and the ability to hit the ground running. Proven experience advising trustee boards at a strategic level.
