Children & Families Social Work Team Manager Are you an experienced and values-driven Social Work leader ready to make a real difference for children, young people and families? We are seeking a Children & Families Social Work Team Manager to lead, support and develop a skilled social work team delivering high-quality statutory services. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for professional practice, safeguarding, staff development and service improvement.

Provide strong, reflective leadership to a Children & Families social work team Ensure high standards of child protection, risk management and care planning Oversee complex and high-risk cases, chairing key meetings where required Embed a culture of learning, supervision and continuous improvement Support and develop Newly Qualified Social Workers and experienced practitioners Manage team resources and budgets effectively, ensuring best value Work closely with partner agencies to deliver integrated, child-centred services Contribute to service development and strategic priorities across the HSCP Participate in the out-of-hours senior standby rota If you would like to know more, send your CV to, or call on .
