Key Responsibilities:

As the Team Leader, you will:

Lead and manage the TRO team, providing guidance, support, and performance oversight.
Coordinate the drafting, consultation, and implementation of TROs in compliance with relevant legislation.
Engage with internal departments, contractors, and external stakeholders, including legal teams and the public.
Ensure timely delivery of TROs, maintaining budget constraints and accuracy.
Monitor workloads and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines.
Develop and maintain procedures and documentation for TRO governance.
Provide technical advice and support on TRO-related matters.
Report progress, risks, and issues to senior management, contributing to strategic planning.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Essential

Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in managing TROs or similar regulatory processes.
Strong understanding of relevant legislation and statutory procedures.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and legal documents.
Proficiency in relevant software such as GIS, AutoCAD, and Parkmap.
Degree or equivalent experience in transport planning, civil engineering, legal studies, or a related field.
