** Role Overview:
** Join our Process Development team at Duxford site, part of the AdMat Division, where innovation meets manufacturing excellence. We are hiring for this role to support the successful launch of new products into routine production, ensuring smooth scale-up and technical handover from development to manufacturing.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about chemistry and process optimization, thrives in cross-functional collaboration, and is eager to contribute to a dynamic, international environment.

* Role Responsibilities:

**** As a Production Launch Chemist, you will be responsible for:
*** Managing Process Development mandates to support New Product Introductions (NPIs).
* Coordinating the launch of new products into routine production.
* Creating technical handover packages and monitoring bulk manufacturing processes.
* Liaising with R&T, production, planning, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product introduction.
* Supporting EHS/PSM procedures and participating in HAZOP studies.
* Ensuring feasibility, costing, and quality reviews are completed for each launch.
* Acting as a key point of contact for internal customers and global PD colleagues.

Competencies:

**** What we are looking for:
*** PhD or MS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline
* Minimum 5 years in laboratory, production, or process development, ideally in a multinational industrial setting
* Strong foundation in organic, polymeric, and epoxy chemistry
* Knowledge of chemical engineering and production processes
* Proficiency in analytical methodologies and statistical principles
* Strong computer skills
* Project management skills
* Innovation, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management
