Production Operative

Staffline is recruiting for a Production Operative to work in Elm.

Transport is provided from Peterborough at 4 different locations for £8 per day to take you there and back.

The new rate of pay is:
- Day £12.60 per hour
- Night £14.30 per hour

Overtime is available and is paid at:
- Days £15.75 per hour
- Nights £17.45 per hour

You will work flexible shifts in this temporary, full-time role.

shifts available are:
4 on 4 off shift pattern
- 6.00am to 6pm
- 8am to 7.30pm
- 10:30am to 10pm
- 11.00am to 10pm

5 out of 7:
- 8pm to 4am
- 10pm to 6am

Your Time at Work
As a Production Operative, you will work on the line, packing high-quality fresh produce as well as preparing unique combinations of vegetables specifically to the customer's requirements.

This role involves standing for periods of up to 12 hours and some heavy lifting, up to 20kg.

Our Perfect Worker
Our ideal Production Operative will be reliable, hardworking and show good attention to detail, to ensure that product orders are accurate.

A certain level of physical fitness is required as you will be standing for up to 12 hours a day and carrying out some heavy lifting.

Previous experience within a similar role as a Production Operative/Warehouse Operative is desirable, however, this is not essential as full training will be provided.
