Warehouse Operative

Position: Warehouse Operative (Permanent)
Location: Bollington

We’re hiring for a Warehouse Operative to join a leading manufacturer based in Bollington, Cheshire.
In this hands-on role, you’ll be involved in stock control, dispatch, and general warehouse duties – supporting a business that values precision, quality, and teamwork.

* Starting salary £26,500 per year

* Annual profit related bonus scheme (5% of annual salary)

* Mon – Thurs 8:00am – 4:00pm / Fri 8:00am – 3:00pm (36.5 hour week)

What will you be doing as a Warehouse Operative?

* Maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring consistent stock levels

* Carrying out goods in/out processes and supporting dispatch

* Working closely with production to ensure materials are available as needed

* Assisting with stock checks, deliveries, and paperwork as required

What do you need?

* Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

* A solid understanding of stock control and dispatch processes is preferred

* Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills

* A proactive and reliable approach to work
