Morson Talent are working with a leading F1 team to recruit a numerous Composite Laminator to join their team and contribute to the success of our client.

Oxfordshire Hours/Shift: Days / Nights / Weekend Days Rate:
Between £30 - £40 UMB (with PAYE options available)

Job Description:

As a Composite Laminator, you will play a critical role in the production of advanced composite components for motor sport/aerospace applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare composite materials and moulds for lamination. Hand lay-up of pre-preg composite materials. Ensure the correct orientation and number of plies for each component. Vacuum bag components and check for leaks. Qualifications/

Experience:

Proven experience as a Composite Laminator within the motor sport, aerospace, or related industries. Familiarity with composite materials and processes. Proficiency in composite layup techniques and autoclave processes. Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, defect-free components. Attention to detail and the ability to work with high precision in a fast-paced environment. Ability to read technical drawings. Ability to work to deadlines
