Manual Handling Operative; FLT CB & Machine Operating

Proactive are hiring a hands-on Manual Handling Operative to join one of our Cleint based in Milton Keynes. This role involves physical work, machine operating, and using a counterbalance forklift. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where reliability and attention to detail are key.

• Manual handling and lifting of products/materials
• Operating machinery (training provided if needed)
• Driving a counterbalance forklift (valid FLT CB licence required)
• Loading/unloading goods
• Following site safety procedures
• General housekeeping and support across the site

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
• Experience in manual or warehouse work
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime if needed
• Physically fit and safety-conscious
• Team player with a good work ethic

• £13.50/hour starting pay
• Pay increase to £14.75/hour after 12 weeks
• Weekly pay
• Full training and ongoing support
• Temp to Perm position
• On-site parking

Currently 8:00am - 5:00pm. Moving to rotating shifts (6:00am - 2:00pm / 2:00pm - 10:00pm) in the coming weeks.
