Are you an experienced leader in production or manufacturing looking to take the next step in your career? We are recruiting for a Production Team Manager to oversee one of five busy production areas, driving results while supporting and developing people.

• Manage team performance to achieve production targets
• Deliver and monitor daily running plans and workload setup
• Prioritise workload effectively while monitoring stock levels
• Encourage progression and highlight training opportunities
• Conduct staff development activities - appraisals, reviews, HR duties
• Manage costs effectively
• Lead on risk assessments, Health & Safety, and Food Safety standards
• Balance focus on production results with team motivation and wellbeing

• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Ability to balance operational targets with employee development
