Assembly Operative
Are you looking to join a successful and growing manufacturing company based just outside Scarborough, North Yorkshire? We are recruiting motivated and reliable individuals to become part of our client's friendly and supportive assembly team.
As an Assembly Operative, you will play a vital role in the production process, assembling products to detailed specifications while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Full training and ongoing management support will be provided to help you succeed in the role.
Assembly Operative
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble component parts onto printed circuit boards
- Test and inspect completed circuit boards to ensure quality standards
- Assist with production finishing tasks, including case assembly
- Accurately follow work instructions, schematics, and procedures
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Report and provide feedback on any production issues
Assembly Operative Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in high-quality work
- Ability to read and follow diagrams and instructions precisely
- Strong work ethic and a reliable, committed approach
