A small, growing engineering business in Midlothian is looking for a Stores & Inventory Coordinator to take full ownership of their stock and materials function. Youll be the sole person responsible for managing incoming deliveries, checking and logging parts, allocating them to project-specific areas, and maintaining accurate stock records. The role also involves developing new processes, chasing suppliers, and ensuring materials are where they need to be for ongoing projects.
Were looking for someone with experience in stores, inventory, or materials control within engineering or manufacturing, confident working from Bills of Materials , and highly organised with great attention to detail. This is a fantastic opportunity to build and shape a new function from scratch in a close-knit, fast-moving environment where your contribution will be highly visible and valued.
