Known for innovation, quality, and excellent career development opportunities, we continue to expand our Fabrication Division and are now seeking an experienced Fabrication & Welding Supervisor to join our high-performing team in Coventry. This is a superb opportunity for a motivated Welding Supervisor / Fabrication Supervisor looking to develop their career within a fast-paced, growing engineering organisation.
Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of approx. 30 welders/fabricators to meet production targets and deadlines Maximise workflow efficiency and ensure high levels of productivity Maintain and improve quality standards across all welding and fabrication activities Ensure all staff are trained and competent to required standards Work independently, using initiative to solve problems and improve processes Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities Uphold and promote company and client standards, guidelines, and best practices Produce performance reports, KPIs, and documentation when required Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety requirements and safe working procedures
What Were Looking For :
Proven experience as a Welding Supervisor, Fabrication Supervisor, or Engineering Team Leader within a manufacturing or engineering environment Strong hands-on experience in welding and fabrication (MIG, TIG, MMA) Ability to read, interpret, and work from engineering drawings and welding symbols Experience in either high-volume fabrication or custom/precision fabrication environments Solid understanding of HSE regulations and safe working practices in welding and fabrication Formal welding qualifications (coded welder status or equivalent) Time-served apprenticeship / NVQ / City & Guilds in Welding or Fabrication Working Location/Environment Site based - Coventry Company Benefits: 25 days holiday bank holidays Genuine career progression within a rapidly expanding engineering group Training and qualification support Annual profit share scheme Company pension scheme Employee support loans Refer-a-Friend bonus (£250 after 3 months £750 at 12 months) Death-in-service benefit Apply now for an immediate interview.
