Job Description

Set up and operate Heidenhain CNC milling machines in line with procedures and job card instructions
Read, understand, and edit CNC programs to support accurate machine setup and operation
Set and control datums, tooling, and tool length and wear offsets
Complete machining operations efficiently while achieving required quality and output levels
Work to aerospace standards, engineering drawings, and safe working practices

Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications

Experience Setting and Operating CNC Milling machines (at least 3 Axis)
Well-versed machining high precision metal components for highly regulated industries (aerospace, automotive, nuclear etc
Well-versed machining with metals
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work to deadlines in a team-based environment
