The Role

Lead and support a maintenance team
Manage maintenance schedules and breakdown response
Ensure smooth, safe, and efficient running of plant machinery
Drive performance, reliability, and improvement across the site
Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:00, with overtime available

The Person

Experienced Maintenance Engineer or Supervisor from manufacturing
Mechanical Engineer
Confident leading teams and prioritising workloads
Familiar with continuous process or heavy industry environments
