Production Packing Operative

• Future Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off, 6:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Working Temperature: 8 C

• Experience:
  
  Preferred

• Packing fresh produce to high standards

• Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Labelling and preparing items for dispatch

• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in a chilled (8
  
  C) environment

• Following all health and safety protocols

• Previous packing or warehouse experience preferred

• Candidates with quick hand skills and excellent attention to detail

• Comfortable working in a cold environment (protective clothing provided)

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team

• Flexible and adaptable, particularly during the transition to:

  • Full-time hours early next year

  • A 4 on / 4 off shift pattern (06 00)

• Full-time hours available as the site moves into its expansion phase

• Weekly pay
