8am - 4:45pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 2pm Friday

About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and reliable Production Operator to join a well-established manufacturing business in Wrexham, specialising in electrical products. This is a hands-on role involving soldering and electrical sub-assembly, working to high quality standards within a supportive team environment. The company offers long-term opportunities and the chance to secure a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical sub-assembly, including soldering components to PCBs
- Assemble electrical products in line with drawings, work instructions, and specifications
- Use hand tools and soldering equipment safely and accurately
- Conduct visual and functional quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Follow production schedules to meet daily output targets
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area in line with health & safety requirements
About You
To be successful as a Production Operator, you'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in electrical assembly, soldering, or electronics manufacturing
- Confidence using hand tools and soldering irons
- A good understanding of quality control and health & safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and a reliable, team-focused attitude
Desirable Skills
- Soldering (through-hole and/or surface mount)
- Electrical or electronic sub-assembly
- Reading basic schematics or assembly drawings
- Quality inspection
- Manual handling
- Manufacturing or production experience
