45 hours per week (flexible start time of either 07:00 or 08:00) Pay Rate: £15.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities Producing bespoke cabinets and furniture pieces from drawings and specifications Using workshop machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently Assembling, fitting, and finishing products to a high standard Working with solid wood, veneers, and panel materials Ensuring precise measurements and high-quality workmanship Keeping the workshop clean and organised Working collaboratively to meet production targets and deadlines Requirements Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or Bench Joiner Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Competence in using woodworking equipment and tools Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently within a team M4
