Role

Due to maternity leave of one of our youth workers, KYTHE are seeking a full-time youth worker for up to one year commencing January 2026 to join the KYTHE team to deliver youth work services to the young people of Kinross-shire.

About KYTHE

KYTHE’s mission is to ensure every young person in Kinross-shire is given the opportunities they need to reach their potential. Established in 2013, KYTHE has expanded over the years as an organisation and as a community. Our youth work team, supported by a growing team of volunteer and paid staff, now works with around 400 young people annually in a variety of contexts, through open-access youth work and targeted opportunities.

Young people have told us they see KYTHE as a ‘second home’ where they are respected, where they can develop confidence and take a lead, where they can have fun with their pals and where they can explore life and faith (if they choose to). Every young person coming through our door is valued as an individual and our youth work responds to the expressed needs of our young people.
