** Specialist Colorectal Nurse – Outpatient Clinics
** SJK Healthcare is urgently seeking an experienced
** Specialist Colorectal Nurse
** to join busy NHS outpatient clinics. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled nurse with colorectal experience to support clinics, deliver high-quality patient care, and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
** Key Responsibilities
** Run and support colorectal outpatient clinics alongside consultants

Perform patient assessments, history taking, and triage

Provide specialist advice and education to patients and families

Support procedures such as:

Flexible sigmoidoscopy preparation

Post-operative wound checks

Anal fistula/abscess follow-ups Stoma care & appliance reviews

Manage telephone/virtual follow-up clinics

Complete clinical documentation to NHS standards

Work collaboratively with surgeons, HCAs, and wider MDT teams
** Requirements
* * Registered Nurse (NMC PIN essential)
Minimum 1 year of colorectal or surgical nursing experience in the UK in paid NHS Hospitals Strong knowledge of colorectal conditions, treatments & post-op pathways

Outpatient experience desirable

Confident in autonomous clinical practice

Excellent communication and patient education skills

Ability to manage a busy clinic load

You must live in the UK and have the right to work in the UK
