PositionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Community Staff Nurse within our Carrick Locality based at Girvan / Maybole teams.
What you will doYou must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for the management of the caseload in the absence of the Charge Nurse including the supervision of staff. You should be able to provide evidence of personal development and a willingness to undertake appropriate training.
The post holder will be expected to work a rostered shift pattern weekdays with a weekend working commitment. Car driver is essential.
- Professional qualification in nursing – essential
- Education to degree level in relevant field e.g. health studies
- Current experience of working within District Nursing
- Good communication skills both verbal and non‑verbal – essential
- Highly developed skills in team working and inter‑personal skills
34HR Week, shift pattern: 08.30‑17.00hr. This post is offered on a Permanent basis.
Driving Licence/Car OwnershipCar licence/Car ownership is essential to this role.
