AS A REGISTERED NURSE (RN), HOME HEALTH
, you will provide quality nursing care to patients in accordance with recognized nursing techniques, procedures, established standards, and administrative policies of Penn Highlands Community Nurses through the Hospice Interdisciplinary Team. You will be responsible for the administration of direct and indirect patient‑centered nursing care using nursing judgments based on the nursing process, scientific principles, and the Nurse Practice Act. As a member of the Hospice IDT, you will plan, direct, control, observe, and perform nursing care to meet patient care needs and provide physicians with optimal service.

• Current Pennsylvania RN License or Temporary Practice Permit
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
• Current automobile coverage
• Two years of acute or long‑term care experience
• Excellent time‑management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong teaching skills
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position
