Adventure Guides for the 2026 season at TYF Adventure Ltd

TYF has been at the forefront of Adventure Education and Environmental Tourism since 1986. Nestled in the heart of Pembrokeshire TYF goes beyond the ordinary residential activity centres by integrating Adventure Education into our school's programs and our tourism activities. Adventure Education at TYF is more than just adrenaline-pumping activities; it's a holistic approach that combines outdoor adventures with experiential learning, fostering personal growth, environmental awareness, and a lifelong love for adventure.

• Full-time fixed-term contract between March 2026 to September 2026
• 40 hours per week (annualised hours)

• Full UK Driving Licence
• 16-hour First Aid
• Delivering water and land activities to individuals and groups of different ages and abilities
• Hold a portfolio of NGB awards, in two or more of the following:
• Paddlesport Touring Leader or Sea Kayak Leader
• A paddle boarding qualification (Ideally BC Coastal SUP Leader or Tidal SUP Leader)
• D1 (Minibus) and E (Trailer) classifications
• Beach Lifeguard
