Job Overview
Samares Manor is seeking a practical and reliable Maintenance Assistant/ Gardener to help care for our historic house and grounds. This is a varied role on a unique heritage site, where no two days are the same. Working with a small team, duties will include general gardening, routine maintenance, and repairs to buildings and outdoor features.
Useful Skills and Experience- General gardening and grounds maintenance
- Carpentry skills
- Practical, hands‑on approach to maintenance tasks
- Interest in working on a heritage site and pride in its care
5 years’ residency is a must.
Competitive rates of pay based on experience.
