The Role Quality Inspector / CMM Programmer

You ll work on both hands-on manual inspection and high-level CMM programming.

Your main responsibilities as a Quality Inspector / CMM Programmer will include:

• Programming Mitutoyo CMMs using MCOSMOS and getting trained on cutting edge AI-driven next generation software
• Carrying out first-off, in-process, and final inspections to strict standards
• Manual inspection using verniers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges etc.
• Producing detailed inspection reports and updating quality documentation
• Collaborating with Production, Engineering and CI teams to solve quality issues
• Supporting training for apprentices and less experienced colleagues
• Maintaining calibration and inspection equipment

About You:

They re open to different experience levels whether you ve got 1 2 years under your belt and a proactive attitude, or you're a seasoned CMM Programmer.

You ll Need:

• Experience with CMM programming (Mitutoyo preferred; Zeiss or Hexagon considered)
• Confidence in interpreting detailed technical drawings and GD&T
• Hands-on manual inspection capability
• Familiarity with ISO 9001
• An eye for process improvement and continuous development
