Quality Champion role at Dunbia Group

Quality Champions specialise in being experts on Quality Standards and integrity, with particular focus and emphasis on traceability throughout the production flow. They are key in training and coaching staff to meet customer standards.

• Monitor and enforce compliance with food safety and quality standards
• Support teams in identifying and resolving quality issues
• Deliver training and guidance on best practices and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Check & confirm compliance to traceability standards
• Train specific and wider customer standards & requirements
• Root cause any issues arising with M&S, follow up actions to be agreed and actioned
• Deliver on Company Mission, Vision & Values
• Support management of the shift

• Experience in food manufacturing or quality assurance preferred
• Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, and relevant industry standards
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
