Applications are welcomed from experienced Quality Managers as well as Quality Engineers looking to step into a senior, business-wide role.
The RoleReporting to senior management, the Quality Manager will have full responsibility for the Quality Management System and all quality and compliance activities across the business.
This is a hands-on and influential role, acting as the main point of contact for all quality matters and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Ownership of the Quality Management System and ISO
9001 compliance. - Finished product inspection, testing, and quality assurance.
- Leading internal, customer, supplier, and ISO audits.
- Managing NCRs, concessions, PPAPs, and structured problem-solving activities.
- Leading quality meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Managing calibration and quality documentation.
- Analysing customer feedback and driving improvement actions.
- Reporting departmental KPIs and contributing to business strategy.
